My practice is focused on insurance defence litigation, where I act for insurers and institutional clients on a range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, subrogated claims, and related coverage issues. I also have experience with product liability and warranty-related matters.

I began my legal career in plaintiff work before transitioning to a defence practice, where I have continued to focus on efficiently resolving complex disputes. Experience on both sides of a claim allows me to anticipate how matters are assessed and negotiated and to provide practical, strategic advice to insurers.

I have always been interested in understanding how things work, and that instinct shapes how I approach complex files. I focus on breaking down each element of a claim, identifying realistic outcomes early, and building practical strategies to resolve disputes. With a strong emphasis on negotiation, I have successfully resolved hundreds of files through mediation and settlement.

Outside of practice, I enjoy staying active through sports, particularly basketball, and I continue to pursue my interest in building and problem-solving through home renovations, technology, and systems design. That same analytical mindset carries through to my legal work, where I am focused on delivering clear, thoughtful, and effective solutions for clients.
