I started my legal career in general litigation, doing everything from employment law to insurance defence and commercial litigation. Over time, I realized that insurance defence offered a diverse spectrum of work that could not be matched by other practice areas. I have worked on claims involving bodily injury, liability, property, construction, fire losses and professional negligence, among others. This experience has allowed me to learn and grow, while offering new challenges on a daily basis.

International travel has been an influential part of my life, offering an important perspective that helps me when trying to resolve a dispute. My language skills have also been a great asset when travelling and on the occasional insurance file. I speak fluent Cantonese, as well as Mandarin, French and a little Spanish that I picked up while traveling.
