Steven Graham, Associate
My background in, and exposure to, various areas of litigation has allowed me to experience a diversity of matters and legal issues, frequently appear in Court, and associate with clients ranging from individuals and families to successful private companies. My broad litigation experience has given me a valuable perspective on many practical aspects of law, chief among them attention to detail, managing client expectations, and the ability to achieve realistic results—all of which have allowed me to effectively focus my practice on insurance litigation. While I am no stranger to appearances before the Court, I am always looking for practical solutions that benefit my clients. I strive to keep up on recent developments in law to ensure that I am providing up to date advice to my clients as well as providing assistance to my colleagues, and I have channeled this passion into my involvement with CBM’s weekly publication, Case Bites.
In my spare time, I love to travel and look for any excuse to get out to the mountains to hike and ski the backcountry, hoping to one day make it overseas and ski in Japan. If I wasn’t working as a lawyer, I would likely have pursued a career in academia, studying and teaching history.
