I have found the greatest benefit of working exclusively in insurance litigation has been the breadth and variety of work afforded by this industry. By maintaining a wide range of work in my developing practice, from defending minor bodily injury matters, to resolving large and complex subrogated claims, I have developed the ability to identify straightforward solutions for complicated procedural and legal issues to ultimately obtain cost-effective resolution.

My role does not end at the conclusion of litigation, however, as I have a significant amount of experience with collections enforcement. By exploring all avenues of recovery, I am able to ensure my clients’ interests are protected and realized.
