Kelly Robinson, Partner

I have 30 years of civil litigation experience. In the recent past my practice has primarily involved the defence of catastrophic personal injury and fatality claims. I have also handled complex commercial litigation, property losses, construction losses and coverage actions. I have appeared at all levels of the Courts in Alberta and have provided written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada. I completed the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution course in mediation in 2022 at Pepperdine University. Since that time, my mediation practice has grown significantly. I have had the pleasure of mediating all types of personal injury litigation including car accidents, slip and falls and dental malpractice. I have also mediated complex matters involving sexual abuse claims and insurance coverage actions. I have successfully mediated many multi-party disputes including construction and commercial landlord and tenant actions. I believe my extensive civil litigation background results in a practical, fair and unbiased approach to mediation. I pride myself on developing novel yet cost-effective solutions for my mediation clients. Commencing in 2025 I have chosen to focus on my mediation practice. Please reach out to me directly for available mediation dates.
