Brian Murnaghan, Partner
Brian practices civil and commercial litigation in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Ontario. His primary practice areas are professional liability, general commercial litigation, property damage, construction, and product liability, and providing coverage opinions.
Brian has trial experience at the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice (Civil) and has represented clients on appeals to the Court of Appeal of Alberta and Supreme Court of Canada.
Outside of the office you can catch me spending time with my young family and doing my best to keep up with them.
