Taylor Campbell, Associate
Before pursuing a career in law I trained as an electrical engineer. This background not only helped me develop the work habits and discipline needed to handle large projects and heavy workloads, it also gave me the ability to analyze and understand complex, technical information. The variety of work in an insurance defence practice made CBM Lawyers an ideal choice to apply those skills. Outside of work I have always enjoyed playing strategy games with people in a social setting. Pursuing objectives, assessing the other players’ strategies and interacting and negotiating is what makes these gatherings so engaging. As an insurance defence lawyer, I focus on the strategies used by plaintiffs and on how best to use the tools at my disposal to effectively defend a claim and advance my client’s goals.
