Krystal Bainbridge, Associate
When I began my legal career, I had no idea I was headed down the path to becoming a litigator. To my surprise, I found that my interests and skills were well-suited to civil litigation. I enjoy legal writing and research, interpreting the facts and evidence, and offering my analysis and opinion on complicated legal issues. I also enjoy presenting legal arguments and advocating for my clients whether in court, a mediation or Judicial Dispute Resolution. I take great pride in my work, and am truly pleased with the career path I have chosen. I am an organized person and approach all of my files with a view to providing practical, timely and cost-efficient services. I make a list of what steps need to be taken immediately and consider what I can do to move the file forward and towards resolution. I keep in regular touch from the outset of a file and always try to establish personal relationships with my clients – it makes working together more enjoyable for the both of us. Arguing a strong legal position, coming to a resolution and closing a file for my clients, that is what my job is all about.
